A leader in document management had a legacy of innovation but wanted a process of capturing and commercializing innovation arising from their strategic alliance engagements.
Based on the Ramp to Revenue process of value creation, delivery and measurement, we conducted a workshop that the client could use with their alliances to transform innovative ideas into compelling value for their customers and to achieve business objectives.
The workshop exercises helped the client understand how to apply the process. They identified a number of partner opportunities where the framework for value creation could be applied to create competitive advantage.
